Defending to Counter

Here are some sessions designed for the basic principles of defending and awareness to counter as an individual/team. The sessions are geared to improve concentration from players at all times. Full pressure situations and awareness to find space to counter and speed. It is important to make the sessions competitive. For example: give players points from scoring goals on the counter.
